SERVICESYou send the project.
We compare the bids.
We focus on contractor matching and bid comparison for foodservice and food franchise construction, including restaurants and cafés. We also coordinate bids for retail, professional offices and other commercial projects. Share your brief once; we compare scope, price and schedule for you.
THE COORDINATION PROCESSSix practical steps.
The work is shaped around the information available and the service scope agreed for your project.
01Project brief intake
We start with your location, project type, intended work and bid deadline. For restaurants and food franchises, include kitchen and guest-area plans, brand standards and opening targets. Retail, professional office and other commercial briefs are welcome too.
A shared starting point
02Scope clarification
We identify questions and missing information that could affect pricing. This can include the boundary of work, document revisions, allowances, site constraints and responsibilities that need to be confirmed.
Fewer gaps in the bid package
03Approach suitable GCs
We use your project requirements and our contractor relationships to approach suitable general contractors for your foodservice, franchise or other commercial project and discuss their interest in pricing the work.
Contractor introductions
04Coordinate bid enquiries
Questions, clarifications and relevant project updates come through one point of contact. We follow up on contractor responses and coordinate the information needed for their bids.
One coordinated conversation
05Compare the responses
We compare prices and proposed schedules alongside inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and allowances. Differences are made visible so a lower headline number is not mistaken for the same scope at a lower price.
Scope-aware bid comparison
06Support your next decision
We help you review the options and take outstanding questions back to the relevant contractor. You decide how to proceed; final construction scope, pricing and terms are agreed with the selected GC.
A clearer basis for selection
BEFORE YOU STARTWhat to include in your project brief.
You do not need to have every answer before the first conversation. Tell us what is ready and what is still being developed, so the next step is appropriate to your project.

How project sharing works here
The “Submit your project” tool prepares a brief in your browser. You review it and choose whether to send it through your messaging app, or copy or download it to share with us. Nothing is automatically submitted, no files are uploaded, and no live contractor bids are generated by this website. Use a drawing link you are authorised to share and arrange access with us.
Contractor bids remain subject to their stated assumptions, drawings, site conditions and final agreed scope. A lowest price or a specific number of bids is not guaranteed.
YOUR NEXT PROJECTStart with the plans you have.
Share the location, scope and bid deadline with us. Together, we can confirm the information contractors will need.
